PARKING

Due to massive deterioration over the past several years, effective December 15, 2019, at 5 p.m., US Bank  has made the decision to close their Parking Ramp located at 115 W. Michigan Street indefinitely.  They have provided alternate parking for US Bank customers at the Duluth Transit Center Ramp (DTC) adjacent to the US Bank ramp, although that space is somewhat limited.  There are approximately 10 spots in that ramp that are specifically reserved for US Bank customers, but are not guaranteed to be available upon your arrival.  Below you will find a map of the designated US Bank spots which will also have signage labeling them as US Bank spaces. If the designated spots are taken, you will still be able to park in the DTC ramp.

Below are the maps showing the reserved US Bank Customer spots in the DTC Ramp.  The top picture is the Michigan Street level and the bottom picture is the upper level of that ramp.  All areas highlighted in yellow are the US Bank spots.

The validation system for the DTC ramp is a bit different from US Bank.  The first hour is still free, provided that you leave within that hour.  You simply get a ticket from the machines on the lot that tells you when you came in.  The remaining cost for parking is nominal after the first hour.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.  Thank you for your understanding.
